We regret to inform Urbanscapes participants that the Nu-Santara show, which was to take place on Sunday, 11 November at Chin Woo Stadium has now been postponed to a later date.
As the organiser were planning for the show, they encountered several technical challenges due to the complex conceptual nature of the show and after several internal discussions, they decided that it was best to postpone the show in order to do justice to the artists as well as the fans who have bought the tickets to see their favourite acts.
For those who have purchased the tickets, kindly refer to the refund procedure as per below:
1. Credit card purchaser - Send us your order ID, full credit card number, bank name and your full name, we shall refund back to your credit card
2. Bank transfer / debit card purchaser - Send us your order ID, full name, bank name, bank account number, we shall refund back to your bank account.
The refund shall takes 10 working days to process once we received the complete info from you. Do stay tuned as we will be announcing the new date for the Nu-Santara show soon!
