Terms & Conditions
  • Ticket prices shown are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). All prices shown are inclusive of 6% GST. 
  • Ticketing Fee of RM4.00 per ticket will be charged. 
  • Once tickets are sold, strictly no ticket transfers, exchanges or cancellations.
  • All ages are welcome; however anyone under the age of 20 MUST be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian. Under 20s trying to enter without an accompanying adult will be declined for entry.
  • General admission tickets cover entry to the event, access to performances and access to pitch a private tent in the general camping area. General admission ticket/wristband will be required for entry/re-entry.
  • Boutique camping, Feasts and some spa treatments and workshops carry an extra charge. 
  • All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband and wristbands must be worn at all times.
  • Wristbands are not transferable from person to person. Replacement of damaged wristbands may be subject to identification and additional charge.
  • Photo ID with date of birth will be required at check in for all tickets.
  • All tickets purchased are strictly non-transferable, non-deferrable and non-resellable. Tickets purchased through any unauthorized third party will not be honoured under any circumstances.
